This St Louis Park, MN customer contacted Complete Basement Systems to assist with an egress window project.  Our customer had her waterproofing system in her home for years, and is finally ready to get to the basement finishing phase and that included getting an egress window installed for the projected bedroom in the basement.

The home had two basement windows currently in place.  Our installation crew blocked the existing windows and added one beautiful RockWell Egress window.

Homeowners in Richfield, Minnesota wanted the option of adding additional storage space in their basement, but needed an egress window to make that happen. They worked with System Design Specialist Ryan Brenner to design a space that they can transform into a bedroom when they are ready. The Richfield MN resident asked for a free estimate for his basement water problems. His partially finished space had water coming in during heavy rains and snowmelt in the Spring.
