This home in Mendota Heights, MN was experiencing some water coming through the floor and walls of their foundation.  Our system design specialist designed a permenant solution installing WaterGuard along the base of the foundation and wall under the floor to collect any ground water seepage. He also designed a wall system using CleanSpace Wall System to prevent any moisture from coming in through the walls.  

It was also evident during the inspection, the foundation walls had some movement/bowing occuring.  Our specialist designed the PowerBrace Wall System using steel I-beams to support the foundation wall.

Our Crew Leader Nate Barke noticed how wet our customer's wall was after demo preparations to install his basement waterproofing system.  Nate designed a system to prevent water from coming in the window area for his customer.  A wall system was installed to prevent his future finished walls from becoming damaged due to water.  Any water that would come through in the future will drain into the new WaterGuard drainage system installed.
