This St Louis Park, MN customer contacted Complete Basement Systems to assist with an egress window project.  Our customer had her waterproofing system in her home for years, and is finally ready to get to the basement finishing phase and that included getting an egress window installed for the projected bedroom in the basement.

The home had two basement windows currently in place.  Our installation crew blocked the existing windows and added one beautiful RockWell Egress window.

Homeowners in Richfield, Minnesota wanted the option of adding additional storage space in their basement, but needed an egress window to make that happen. Next, we installed the CleanSpace wall system to prevent water vapor from entering walls and direct wall leaks into the WaterGuard.
