Our system design specialist designed a permenant solution installing WaterGuard along the base of the foundation and wall under the floor to collect any ground water seepage. He also designed a wall system using CleanSpace Wall System to prevent any moisture from coming in through the walls.
It was also evident during the inspection, the foundation walls had some movement/bowing occuring. Our specialist designed the PowerBrace Wall System using steel I-beams to support the foundation wall.
