Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Travis in Arlington, MN contacted Complete Basement Systems about installing an Egress Window.  He had a small basement window there already and wanted to make it into an egress window.

Darlene K. of Le Sueur, MN was referred by a friend to address water coming into her basement after trying some wall remedies that didn't work.

A permanent waterproofing solution using WaterGuard Drainage System along the perimeter of the basement wall was installed along with a vapor barrier wall system called CleanSpace Wall System to brighten the basement enviornment.  Any water seepage that would now enter her basement drains into an upgraded TripleSafe Sump Pump System with a battery operated back up system. 

Lisa R from Le Sueur, was having water entering the home and pooling on their floor. The design specialist from Complete Basement Systems went to their home and gave them a free estimate on what they needed to fix their problems.  Lisa appreciated how Complete Basement System listened to their concerns and were upfront and honest about the products we offer. These homeowners reached out to us about their damp old stone-walled basement. They met with our Design Specialist, Ronald to discuss their project. After discussing their options, we installed our CleanSpace Wall System to conceal the unsightly stone and prevent water vapor from seeping through. Following that, we installed our WaterGuard System, a perimeter piping system designed to capture and redirect water away discreetly. To complete their project, we included our UltraSump and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. With this complete system in place, they are now able to utilize their basement confidently instead of it being a burden.
