This crawl space was suffering from chronic moisture intrusion, exposed soil, and deteriorating insulation. The block walls showed staining and signs of long-term humidity issues, and the unsealed ground allowed odors, mold risk, and temperature fluctuations to rise into the living space. This property was a farmhouse with a large crawlspace. It had foundation issues and radon as well. We encapsulated the space, installed a radon system, drainage matting, and put in a SuperSump. Together, these products will keep this farmhouse dry, livable, & safe!

The solution designed was to completely encapsulate the crawl space with our CleanSpace Liner to separate the dirt floor earth underneath from the rest of her home.  The CleanSpace System is a 20 mil poly that is kind of like a pool liner and is warrantied for up to 25 years to be free from rips and tears.  

Carol now has the ability to use her crawl space for storage and also looks a lot more attractive and bright versus nasty and dark.

A free estimate was scheduled with Mark to meet with our system design specialist to look at the troubled crawl space and determine a solution for him.  

A CleanSpace liner that protects the vapor transmission and water from the concrete block in the crawl space to prevent mold and standing water was installed along with a drainage matting liner underneath the CleanSpace to channel any water seepage into a smartdrain that was installed to collect the water. 

Our customer can now utilize his concrete crawl space for added storage space in his home and have peace of mind that his items are protected.
