The owner of this home wanted to use it as a rental property, but wanted to make sure it was dry and safe for any renters. There was obvious intrusion through the block walls that needed to be addressed by our Design Specialist. 

After discussing the project, it was decided that we would install our full waterproofing system. This consists of the WaterGuard drain tile system, the CleanSpace Wall System, a TripleSafe and SuperSump Plus as well as our Lawnscape Discharge Line System with IceGuard.
