This homeowner from Fairmont, MN stopped by our office one day to discuss replacing a window well at their home. Without much explanation, we knew exactly what was going on. Wood was commonly used as the structure for window wells. As time goes on, the wood will start to rot or warp due to the elements. This homeowner was using 2x4s to support his well and knew a collapse was imminent.
Our Design Specialist gave the homeowner information about our RockWell Window Well. This well is a solid, one-piece design that will not collapse from backfill or allow water to leak through the well walls. They're UV stable, rust and rot proof, and stand up to extreme temperatures (like those in Minnesota!) They also have a polycarbonate cover that keeps leaves and debris out while allowing light in.
Give us a call to discuss your window or window well issues and see if a RockWell is right for your home!
When this Mankato, MN homeowner first reached out to us, their basement was more of a burden than a bonus. It was dark, damp, and musty, definitely not a space anyone wanted to spend time in. Water seeped in during rains and snow melt, leaving puddles and damage behind. The basement felt like wasted square footage, with no potential for comfortable use or added value to the home.
Our team got to work, designing a custom solution to take this space from gloomy to great.
Now, the homeowner has a basement that is dry, bright, and totally usable, which is perfect for extra living space, a family room, or maybe a home office.
Why Choose Us?
We don’t just waterproof basements, we unlock their potential. We provide complete solutions that give homeowners the extra space they’ve always wanted.
This basement in Le Center, MN was suffering from significant water intrusion and structural issues. The cinder block walls showed signs of long-term moisture damage and efflorescence, mold-like staining, and visible cracks throughout. The floor was discolored and damp, indicating ongoing water seepage. The space was not only unsightly but also unsafe for storage or use due to poor waterproofing and compromised structural integrity.
The basement has been completely transformed after a full waterproofing and stabilization makeover. CleanSpace was installed to create a vapor barrier, sealing off the walls and preventing moisture from penetrating the interior. Below the surface, WaterGuard was fitted around the perimeter to efficiently collect and channel water to the new SuperSump system, which now serves as the basement’s reliable drainage and pumping solution. PowerBraces were added to reinforce and stabilize the previously cracked and bowing walls, restoring structural integrity. The result is a clean, dry, and secure basement space ready for safe use and future finishing.
ZennWall is one of our favorites, as it works to not only protect the basement, but also give it a facelift.
This basement in Brooklyn Center was awfully leaky before we got there. The homeowner ended up tearing up his carpet and under that, as you can see, revealed some damp concrete. We fixed this basement up by adding a WaterGuard and CleanSpace to the bottom half.
