Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This homeowner from Fairmont, MN stopped by our office one day to discuss replacing a window well at their home. Without much explanation, we knew exactly what was going on. Wood was commonly used as the structure for window wells. As time goes on, the wood will start to rot or warp due to the elements. This homeowner was using 2x4s to support his well and knew a collapse was imminent.

Our Design Specialist gave the homeowner information about our RockWell Window Well. This well is a solid, one-piece design that will not collapse from backfill or allow water to leak through the well walls. They're UV stable, rust and rot proof, and stand up to extreme temperatures (like those in Minnesota!) They also have a polycarbonate cover that keeps leaves and debris out while allowing light in.

Our repeat customer Barbara of Rochester, MN contacted Complete Basement Systems to waterproof a new home of hers.  Our installation team installed a WaterGuard drainage system to collect any ground water seepage coming into the basement and then works to the newly installed SuperSump pump system.  

Raul in Albert Lea contacted us because he wanted to replace a small existing window with an egress window. Our design specialist Pedro met with him and help guide him through the process. Malinda J. of Kenyon was always getting water through floor cracks in the basement when it would rain.  She didn't have a sump pump in the basement either.  After meeting with our system design specialist at her home to inspect the problems she was having, she could see how the interior solution would completely eliminate her ongoing problem with water seepage.  

The installation team installed a perimeter waterproofing system using WaterGuard along the inside of her basement.  Her walls we also protected with a vapor barrier, CleanSpace Wall System leaving a nice clean look to the basement.  We added a SuperSump pump system that will collect the water that enters the foundation at any entry point.
