Our customer David C. in Worthington, MN noticed some wall cracks develop on his foundation wall and was getting water in the basement as well.  He took to the internet in search of a company and found Complete Basement Systems.

Our customer in Lynd, MN noticed Complete Basement Systems booth at the New Ulm home show and inquired about their basement water issues, along with their crawl space.  We completed a job in both their basement and crawl space.  The crawl space project involved sealing their dirt floor crawl space from the earth using a bright white CleanSpace Liner that will allow their basement to be free from odors, mold, and insects from getting into their home. 

Matt from Ortonville needed help with his dirt crawlspace that had a musty smell coming from it. Our Design Specialist, Chris Scharmer, met with him and found a solution to his problem.  Our CleanSpace prevents excess moisture in a dirt-floored crawl space that could cause mold and a musty smell. The before and after photo shows a typical sump pump that so many homeowners have in their homes. Not only was this sump pump ineffective, but because it wasn't sealed, gases and moisture could enter the home, which is a health concern.
