For years, this homeowner in Mankato had been dealing with frustrating water issues in her basement. What started as occasional moisture gradually became a bigger concern. Following a full inspection, we designed a waterproofing system that would keep her basement dry for good. Our crew installed the WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter to capture water before it could reach the floor. The CleanSpace System is a heavy duty, vapor-proof, attractive liner that is permenatly held in place by drilled-in fasteners and spikes. The edges, seams and pipe penetrations are all sealed tight. The white finish allows you to easily see that your crawl space is free of mold, insects and dirt. It will also prevent pests from getting in through the crawl space and into your home.

Our SuperSump is a SUPER reliable pump that is equipped with a WaterWatch Alarm System. This pump is clean and neat, with an airtight lid that prevents anything from falling into the sump hole. The alarm will sound if the pump doesn't kick in when water gets past a level that the pump should have turned on. This will give you time to address the issue before there is flooding.
