Lexy from Janesville was referred to us for help fixing some leaks that she was having in multiple spots in her basement. Our design specialist Ronald met with her to find a solution to her problems. Our customer Janice & Mack of Elysian saw an advertisement for Complete Basement Systems and contacted our company to install a sump pump system in their basement.

Upon inspecting their basement and finding out the history of what has occured, they has also some water issues in certain areas in their basement.  

To protect their basement from getting water seepage, a WaterGuard Drainage, CleanSpace Wall System and SuperSump system was installed to work to keep their basement dry from any entry to their basement. 

This property was a farmhouse with a large crawlspace. It had foundation issues and radon as well. We encapsulated the space, installed a radon system, drainage matting, and put in a SuperSump. Together, these products will keep this farmhouse dry, livable, & safe!

This Winsted, MN basement experienced some water near their existing sump pump system.  Their old system did not have a reliable pump, nor was it able to keep up with the capacity of water flowing in from their draintile.

Searching for a contractor that specialized in sump pump systems, they gave us a call!  We scheduled them with a free inspection to address the concerns they had with their sump pump and showed them options based on what they hoped to accomplish with their basement.

Already having a finished basement, they wanted a larger sump pump to handle the largest capacity possible.  This involved installing our patented TripleSafe Sump Pump system.  Pump 1 and Pump 2 can operate a total of 6,200 gallons per hour.  Our pumps are installed inside the liner on a clean pump stand and comes with a removable lid for easy inspection/service.  The lid is equipped with an airtight floor drain in case of a plumbing leak. 

The homeowners also have the option later to add a backup pumping system in the future.
