Lisa R from Le Sueur, was having water entering the home and pooling on their floor. The design specialist from Complete Basement Systems went to their home and gave them a free estimate on what they needed to fix their problems. Lisa appreciated how Complete Basement System listened to their concerns and were upfront and honest about the products we offer. She also liked the good communication they received and how their needs for a dry basement were met.
Tracy from Le Sueur needed help with bowing walls she had in her basement. Our design specialist Ronald Schulz showed how we could help her permanently stabilize the foundation walls in her home.
Our Patented PowerBrace System from Complete Basement Systems permanently stabilizes your home's foundation walls. Zinc-plated steel beams are custom-fit to basement wall height and secured tight against the basement wall with brackets anchored to the basement floor and floor joists. PowerBrace's unique, patented design allows the system to be tightened over time, potentially reversing wall failure without any invasive drilling or digging on the property. Restore your property value and enjoy peace of mind right away.
Tracy liked how everything was easy and how she felt very informed throughout the process. Everyone she spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable! Tracy stated she was very happy with the results!
We convert your old rusted broken basement windows into bright, modern easy gliding EverLast Basement Windows. Windows are an important element in a basement. Some natural light really makes a difference in the underground space. Our customer in Cleveland, MN are very happy with the added look to their lake home.
These homeowners reached out to us about their damp old stone-walled basement. They met with our Design Specialist, Ronald to discuss their project. After discussing their options, we installed our CleanSpace Wall System to conceal the unsightly stone and prevent water vapor from seeping through. Following that, we installed our WaterGuard System, a perimeter piping system designed to capture and redirect water away discreetly. To complete their project, we included our UltraSump and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. With this complete system in place, they are now able to utilize their basement confidently instead of it being a burden.
Complete Basement Systems installs sump pump systems along with complete waterproofing systems for homeowners. Our customer in Janesville, MN had a SumpSump Plus system installed in October 2016.
We have an annual maintenance program to inspect and maintain the sump pump systems installed to ensure we find any potential problems before they find the customer. The system is an investment and we just want to protect that investment.
Post installation, your sump pump will run as needed and sometimes it may not run, but your sump pump motor sits in that dirty, mineral filled water potentially clogging breather holes and components inside to keep it from operating effectively.
The service is recommended every 12-15 months.
