This basement in Brooklyn Center was awfully leaky before we got there. The homeowner ended up tearing up his carpet and under that, as you can see, revealed some damp concrete. We fixed this basement up by adding a WaterGuard and CleanSpace to the bottom half.

This home had a very old sump pump system that we replaced with our SuperSump. Additionally, we installed WaterGuard and CleanSpace products to completely protect the space.

Steve from Lino Lakes needed some help with a cellar room under their house. The walls were experiencing water seepage making moisture a problem in the room. Our Design Specialist, Chris Scharmer, met with them to review the project options and showed them exactly what would be used for the work.  Chris made sure to take the time to understand their concerns and show them exactly how the products worked. Our WaterGuard Drainage System along with a CleanSpace Wall System protects the walls from Moisture.  SuperSump and UltraSump 4 Sump Pump System completed the project that would solve their problems. Steve appreciated the way Justin and his installation crew executed their work and plied their trade with the utmost quality and attention to detail. 

Maple Grove homeowner contacted Complete Basement Systems when they noticed a stress wall crack in their foundation that was leaking.  

Our FlexiSpan Wall System is installed to prevent wall cracks from leaking.  Cracks in poured concrete walls are common.  Most are a result of shrinkage of the concrete as part of the curing process.

FlexiSpan seals the crack and if any water ever gets past the seal, it drains down into the drywell.  No amount of wall movement will make it leak again because FlexiSpan is....well, flexible.

Old windows are not very efficient. They can be leaky and drafty causing higher heating bills for homeowners.

This upgrade is energy saving, much more attractive, and prevents leaks into the basement.
