When this homeowner took over her family home in rural New Ulm, MN, she inherited more than just memories; she was dealing with a basement that had suffered from years of water intrusion and high humidity. We lined the walls with CleanSpace to create a durable moisture barrier, helping eliminate humidity and prevent future mold growth. Finally, PowerBraces were installed to stabilize and support the bowing walls, protecting the home’s structural integrity. Our customer had gotten water in the basement after a hard summer rain that occurred in Courtland in June 2013.  After getting a referral for the problem he was having, he contacted Complete Basement Systems for a FREE estimate.  Our installation team upgraded the old sump pump system with our patented TripleSafe Sump Pump System.  The TripleSafe contains 3 pumps, one is a 1/3 hp motor, second is a 1/2 hp motor and the third is a battery operated back up system.  The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is sure to keep up with any amount of water running through the foundation and will keep working in the event of a power outage.
