Our customer in Hutchinson, MN just purchased a home and wanted to seal up the crawl space to reduce radon and smells from the other living space in the home.
Our System Design Specialist, Ryan Brenner met with the homeowners to address their concerns. Ryan designed a solution that involved encapsulating the crawl space with CleanSpace Liner along the floor and thermax insulation along the walls.
Our customer is now able to use the crawl space as added storage of things and having piece of mind of that they will be protected.
These homeowners reached out to us with a serious foundation issue that needed to be taken care of fast. Our System Design Specialist was on-site quickly and found a wall that was bowing severely and needed immediate bracing. We got to work right away, installing our PowerBrace System to stop any further bowing. Over time, the braces can be tightened to help push the wall back into place. If you’re seeing cracks in your block walls or noticing your walls buckling or tilting, give us a call, and we’ll let you know if our PowerBrace System is the right fit for your home. Best part? The inspection and estimate are totally FREE!
This couple reached out to us after recently purchasing their home. While the basement was mostly finished, they noticed signs of water intrusion. Our System Design Specialist quickly inspected the area and discovered that the previous waterproofing system wasn’t doing its job.
We crafted a customized solution to tackle the problem head-on. Our team installed a WaterGuard Drainage System, CleanSpace Wall System, SuperSump and UltraSump Sump Systems, and also rerouted the discharge line to ensure proper drainage away from the home when the pump kicks on.
Thanks to these upgrades, the homeowners can now confidently refinish their basement, knowing it will stay dry for good!
These photos show part of the WaterGuard system that the crew installed. Not pictured, but to the right, is where they also put in a SuperSump pump.
Our Mankato homeowner had an existing sump pump that just couldn't keep up with the amount of water that was attempting to enter his basement space. Oftentimes, generic sump pumps only come with one pumping system that isn't able to remove enough water out of the space fast enough. That's where the TripleSafe Sump Pump comes in, which removes 6,200 gallons per hour!
