When this homeowner reached out to us, she was facing a serious water issue in her basement. Frustrated with the ongoing problem, she wanted a permanent solution to keep her basement dry and protected.
Our System Design Specialist visited her home to assess the situation and determine the best course of action. After a thorough inspection, we recommended a comprehensive waterproofing system tailored to her needs.
To ensure long-term protection, we installed our WaterGuard Drain Tile System, which effectively channels water away from the foundation. We also added our CleanSpace Wall System, designed to keep moisture and humidity at bay while improving the overall appearance of the basement. Finally, we installed our SuperSump Sump Pump, a reliable system that provides powerful water removal and peace of mind.
With these solutions in place, this homeowner now has a permanently dry basement—no more worrying about water intrusion or damage.
Our customer had gotten water in the basement after a hard summer rain that occurred in Courtland in June 2013. After getting a referral for the problem he was having, he contacted Complete Basement Systems for a FREE estimate. Our installation team upgraded the old sump pump system with our patented TripleSafe Sump Pump System. The TripleSafe contains 3 pumps, one is a 1/3 hp motor, second is a 1/2 hp motor and the third is a battery operated back up system. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is sure to keep up with any amount of water running through the foundation and will keep working in the event of a power outage.
Our customer's sump pump system was not the best system to prevent water from findings its way into the basement in the event of a heavy rain. The problem with water had happened about 5-6 times in 3 years since living there. The homeowners knew it was inevitable that this would happen again and needed better equipment. Along with updating their sump pump system we also completed a full interior waterproofing solution. WaterGuard Drainage System was installed along with the SuperSump Pump System to protect our customers basement.
These photos show part of the WaterGuard system that the crew installed. Not pictured, but to the right, is where they also put in a SuperSump pump.
Our Mankato homeowner had an existing sump pump that just couldn't keep up with the amount of water that was attempting to enter his basement space. Oftentimes, generic sump pumps only come with one pumping system that isn't able to remove enough water out of the space fast enough. That's where the TripleSafe Sump Pump comes in, which removes 6,200 gallons per hour!
