In Hollandale, MN, a frustrated homeowner was dealing with constant water intrusion every time heavy rain fell or snow melted. The basement had standing water, musty odors, and damaged walls, turning what could be usable space into a damp, uninviting storage area. In July 2016 after a big rainstorm that hit the Albert Lea, MN area our customer Elroy & Shannon found themselves with a flooded basement.  A problem they never had before, but clearly had found out fast that this would not be the last time.

Our customer met with Complete Basement Systems at a nearby Home Show and was in need of some help drying up their basement. 

This Lake Elmo homeowner updated his sump pump just in time for Spring! His old pump had failed so it was time to upgrade. Our top-of-the-line TripleSafe pump was installed. This is a three pump system. Pump 1 is the M-63 which is a 1/3hp cast iron pump that does most of the work. The 2nd pump is the M-98. This is a 1/2 hp that will kick in if Pump 1 fails. This is a larger pump that gives that "turbo boost" when you need it. Pump 3 is a battery back up system. This is a DC operated pump that will kick in if there is a power failure. This is the most reliable pumping system, keeping your basement dry with triple the protection.
