St James, MN CleanSpace Encapsulation

These homeowners in St. James, MN reached out to us with concerns about their crawlspace. They had noticed slight sagging in their main floor, along with cold floors and rising energy bills. Inside the crawlspace, the fiberglass insulation was deteriorating and falling down, and the bare dirt floors were doing nothing to keep out moisture or cold air, which is far from ideal for Minnesota’s drastic weather changes.

As soon as they contacted us, we sent one of our System Design Specialists to evaluate the space. After a thorough inspection, we recommended our CleanSpace encapsulation system as the perfect solution. Our team completed the installation in just one day, transforming their crawlspace into a clean, dry, and energy-efficient part of their home.

If you’re dealing with cold floors, high energy bills, or a damp, uncomfortable crawlspace, call us today to schedule your free inspection and see how we can make your home healthier, more comfortable, and more energy-efficient!
