Our team installed a complete basement waterproofing and foundation stabilization system to permanently address both issues. We lined the basement walls with CleanSpace vapor barrier to direct moisture into the drainage system, installed WaterGuard interior perimeter drainage to capture groundwater before it reached the floor, and added a new SuperSump system to efficiently pump water away from the home. To stabilize the bowing foundation walls, we installed PowerBrace wall support beams, providing immediate reinforcement while allowing for potential wall straightening over time.
