Protecting a Plymouth, MN Basement

This Plymouth, MN homeowner had been dealing with water intrusion for too long. Agreeing on a solution, we scheduled the installation of an integrated waterproofing system.

Our production team installed a full-perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system, designed to capture water seepage at the cove joint before it reaches the basement floor. A SuperSump Pump System was added to provide reliable pumping capacity with a high-performance liner, airtight lid, and floor drain. To ensure proper discharge and prevent freezing or backup, the system included a discharge system including an IceGuard and LawnScape. The walls were sealed with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, providing a bright, clean finish while preventing moisture and vapor transmission from the foundation walls.
