Mankato, MN Basement Waterproofing Project

These Mankato, MN homeowners reached out to us after experiencing water in their finished basement yet again. Anyone with a finished basement knows how stressful and damaging water intrusion can be. Wet carpet, ruined drywall, damaged furniture, and the worry of mold and musty odors setting in. For these homeowners, it wasn’t just an inconvenience; it meant repairing and replacing expensive finishes and losing the comfort of a space they relied on. They needed a permanent solution to protect their investment and their peace of mind.

Our team installed a full waterproofing system tailored to their basement. This included our WaterGuard drainage system to capture water at the perimeter, CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to help keep moisture out, and a powerful SuperSump to efficiently pump water away from the home. With these solutions in place, their basement is now fully protected from future water intrusion. And for added reassurance, we back our work with a lifetime warranty, so these homeowners can finally enjoy their finished basement without the constant fear of water damage.
