Our customer in Apple Valley, MN had been putting off this project for years after trying some solutions themselves and decided to hire a professional. Our customer was tired of getting rodents into his home that were coming from the crawl space under his home. We offered a complete encapsulation system including a vapor barrier, drainage matting and insulation to keep the above area warmer!
Charles from Apple Valley contacted us because he was experiencing water coming in through his basement. We found a time for him to meet with our design specialist Pedro. Pedro found the solution to the problem with some of our amazing products. Pictured here is our SuperSump and UltraSump 4.
Homeowners John and Mary from Mendota Heights transformed their eyesore of a crawlspace into an area that is safe, dry, and now provides additional storage space. The CleanSpace provides a barrier that allows homeowners to eliminate problems with mold, mildew, and an unwanted mess.
This homeowner reached out from her nearly century-old home in St. Paul, MN, concerned about water intrusion and the resulting damage to her basement. Her goal was to keep the space dry year-round while addressing mold and musty odors.
With the installation of a high-performance CleanSpace vapor barrier and a SuperSump Plus sump pump system, the basement is now fully sealed and protected. Bright, dry, and built to last—it's ready for the next 100 years.
This homeowner in St. Paul, MN struggled with a damp, musty crawl space that was causing concerns about energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and the long-term health of their home. The exposed soil and moisture seepage made the space unusable and contributed to higher humidity levels throughout the house. Like many homeowners, they worried about mold growth, pests, and rising utility bills.
Our team encapsulated the crawl space using our durable CleanSpace system, creating a clean, sealed barrier against moisture. With the crawl space now protected, the homeowner noticed immediate improvements, reduced humidity, fresher air inside the home, and lower energy costs. Beyond comfort, the encapsulation also helps protect the home’s structure and adds long-term value. What was once a damp, unusable space is now dry, efficient, and worry-free.
