Delano homeowner had an old sump pump that was not only an eye sore, but wasn't working properly either. Open sump pumps cause many problems including health and safety hazards. The crew got to work and installed a full perimeter waterproofing system, along with a new, covered sump pump. She can now relax knowing that her basement will stay dry and safe for the lifetime of the home!

Here's a home that our crew installed a new TripleSafe Sump Pump in. This is a heavy duty pump that has three pumps to give you complete protection. If your first pump fails, the second one takes over. If your first pump cannot keep up, then it will add a more powerful second pump run at the same time- more than double capacity. If your power goes out, an Ultrasump Battery back-up pump takes over. The best part about it is that it's all automatic!

They had an existing sump pump system and draintile, but were still getting water coming in and were tired of the clean up involved after each time this would happen to them.

This system will continue to pump out water if the primary pump #1 fails, and should the secondary pump #2 stop, the TripleSafe has a battery operated backup system called the UltraSump Battery Back Up Pumping System.

Our customer from 2013 in Excelsior was experiencing water issues during the spring thaw and heavy rains.  After searching online for a company to help, they contacted Complete Basement Systems.

The homeowners existing sump pump was not keeping up with the capacity to effectively pump all the water out.  Our installation crew upgraded the existing basket to the elite TripleSafe Sump Pump System.  This "King" of Sump Pumps contains 3 pumping systems.  Pump 1 is operating a 1/3 hp motor, pump 2 is a 1/2 hp and pump 3 is a bettery operated back-up system.  This pumping system can pump out over 12000 or over 24000 gallons.
