Kevin K of Mankato, Minnesota noticed water coming through the floor and cracks in the basement whenever it would rain. His home was older, however we still use all the space in our home, finished or not finished.
Kevin was referred to Complete Basement Systems by a friend to have us take a look at his basement situation. Our Appointment Center Representative scheduled a FREE estimate with a certified system design specialist.
At the appointment, Kevin and the specialist took a look at the basement. Kevin showed him where the problem was happening and explained how much water would come in and when it happened. Together they built an accomplish list to solve the problem with a permenant solution.
The system design specialist designed a WaterGuard perimeter system, a vapor barrier for the walls using CleanSpace Wall System and installed a new SuperSump Plus system.

Robert S of Mankato was looking to buy a home in Mankato that has had trouble with water in the past. He wanted to be able to make use of this space by finishing it and wanted to make sure and protect that investment with a warrantied waterproofing system. After seeing Complete Basement Systems around town, he gave the experts a call for an inspection.
Our representative Lewis Uhrich visited with Robert at the property, took measurements, outlined a sketch to design a complete waterproofing system along each exterior wall using WaterGuard and updated an old sump pump system to a patented SuperSump pump system. He also addressed the walls with a vapor barrier solution using CleanSpace Wall System to prevent wall leaks, mold and moisture away from the eventually finished wall. Lewis expressed the importance of a dehumidification system in the basement to reduce odors and control the humidity using a CompleteAire dehumidification system.
Robert scheduled the project shortly after closing. Complete Basement Systems installation crew completed the project in 3 days installing a full perimeter WaterGuard, CleanSpaceWall and SuperSump pump system.
Robert has been very happy with the experience using Complete Basement Systems and can rest assured getting ready to finish his basement that it will be safe from ground water seeping this coming spring when all that snow melts.
