A homeowner in South Haven, MN, reached out to us after noticing some major concerns with the foundation of his cabin. During our inspection, we found that the basement walls had developed a significant bow. Bowing walls are more than just a cosmetic issue; they can indicate that the foundation is under pressure from the surrounding soil. To stabilize and protect the cabin, we installed PowerBraces to strengthen the bowing foundation walls and help prevent further movement. To address the water issues, we installed WaterGuard to collect and direct water away from the basement, along with CleanSpace to create a cleaner, drier, more protected basement environment.

We also installed a SuperSump sump pump with an UltraSump battery backup, providing dependable water removal along with added protection in the event of a power outage.

With the foundation stabilized and a complete waterproofing system in place, this South Haven cabin is now better protected from both foundation movement and unwanted water intrusion, giving the homeowner greater peace of mind for years to come.
