This homeowner was faced with a damp and musty basement due to water seepage. He knew he could rely on us for help, as we also waterproofed his basement at his previous home. Our Design Specialist Ron went out to see which products would remedy his water issues. He can be confident that his basement will be dry from now on.

Meg of Alpha, MN was concerned about water in her basement.  She had an existing draintile system that has never failed or caused any standing water, but she wanted to be able to confidently put carpet in her basement and didn't want to do that before knowing that it could be ruined by water.

Our ThermalDry flooring tile is a waterproof flooring system that has a place for water, should that ever be a factor for our customer.  The bottom of ThermalDry Flooring has pegs to create an airspace under your floor.  This keeps water vapor from getting trapped underneath your finished floor that causes odors and mold. 

ThermalDry Flooring also separates from the cold, hard and damp concrete floor, which also is a benefit to be more comfortable.

Our customer in Alpha, MN opted for the traditional ThermalDry Matting, which gives the customer the option to have their own color of flooring installed above the tile system. 

This customer called us with a flooded basement. They needed help right away. Our Design Specialist went out and found about a foot of standing water throughout their basement. He recommended a full perimeter WaterGuard System, a CleanSpace Wall System, a top of the line sump pump and discharge line. We got her basement dry, safe, and usable for her.

Mountain Lake homeowner wanted to add additional living space to his home, and the unfinished basement was the perfect option. He worked with Complete Basement Systems to have an egress window installed so that he can add a bedroom as he finishes the basement space.
