Complete Basement Systems converted old rusted and broken basement windows into bright, modern easy gliding EverLast Basement Windows.  Our EverLast Basement windows are also energy efficient.  We replaced 3 basement windows for our customer in St Paul, MN for their project as they get ready to re-finish their basement.

This home in Mendota Heights, MN was experiencing some water coming through the floor and walls of their foundation.  Our system design specialist designed a permenant solution installing WaterGuard along the base of the foundation and wall under the floor to collect any ground water seepage. He also designed a wall system using CleanSpace Wall System to prevent any moisture from coming in through the walls.  

It was also evident during the inspection, the foundation walls had some movement/bowing occuring.  Our specialist designed the PowerBrace Wall System using steel I-beams to support the foundation wall.

The TripleSafe sump pump system is the King of sump pumps.  This product features three pumps in one.  The first is a primary pump operating at 1/3 hp and will pump 2,220 gallons of water.  The secondary pump is a 1/2 hp zoeller motor cabable of pumping 3,900 gallons of water.

Lastly, the UltraSump Battery Back up is a heavy-duty battery operated back up that can pump more than 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge in the event of a power outage, pump failure, etc.
