Our customer Cassandra from Excelsior, MN had a Complete Basement System installed in January 2014 and had her first maintenance on her basement waterproofing and sump pump system completed in 2018.

The homeowners existing sump pump was not keeping up with the capacity to effectively pump all the water out.  Our installation crew upgraded the existing basket to the elite TripleSafe Sump Pump System.  This "King" of Sump Pumps contains 3 pumping systems.  Pump 1 is operating a 1/3 hp motor, pump 2 is a 1/2 hp and pump 3 is a bettery operated back-up system.  This pumping system can pump out over 12000 or over 24000 gallons.
