Our customer in Olivia, MN contacted Complete Basement Systems because of multiple foundation cracks in the basement.  Wall anchors were installed already, but still had significant cracks and movement occurring.  An existing beaver system installed had failed these homeowners also and could not comfortably finish their basement with water leaking occasionally.  The solution installed was our PowerBrace beams to support the foundation wall from the inside of the home, along with a bright white vapor barrier called CleanSpace on the walls and an interior waterproofing system replace their old style beaver system. 

Fairfax homeowners had moisture entering their basement through their walls and as a result, strong signs of mold and mildew began to appear. Not only was this a hassle, but it was a safety risk to their family. Crew Leader Ben Heldt and his team worked to install a wall vapor barrier and waterproofing system to completely solve the problem. Now, the homeowners can rest assured that their home will stay dry and safe for years to come!

These homeowners had a serious moisture issue in their old basement. They noticed mold in several areas which causes a health risk throughout the home.
