He found that she would need a full perimeter WaterGuard Drain System, CleanSpace Wall System, a SuperSump Plus sump pump and Ultrasump Back Up, as well as a Sedona Dehumifier to keep the moisture out. She agreed with Ryan, and decided to add an egress window as well!
