Our Design Specialist went out and found the intrusion to be mostly where the wall and floor meet around the perimeter of the basement. This is a problem for our WaterGuard System to remedy!

Our production crew installed a full perimeter WaterGuard Drain System, a new SuperSump sump pump, CleanSpace Wall Systems and buried the discharge line for a low maintenance, highly effective waterproofing system.

This homeowner wanted to replace their old, broken sump pump with a better, more effiecient model. A sump pump is the foundation of a good waterproofing system, so if yours isn't working properly, a new one might be the difference in a flooded basement or a dry one.

We suggested our top-of-the line SuperSump and buried discharge LawnScape System for this family. We updated their open sump pit system to the SuperLiner that is included with the SuperSump. Perforations in the liner capture ground water, and a larger opening connects to to the interior drainage system. The liner's airtight lid keeps out pests and debris, while also eliminating the safety hazard of an open sump pit. This pump is also equipped with the WaterWatch Alarm, which will alert the homeowners of an issue with the pump if the water gets past the level that the pump should have kicked on. This gives you time to address the problem before it's too late.

These homeowners had lived in their home for decades. They had a sump pump but were still getting water along the perimeter of their basement with heavy rains and every snow melt. They were fed up and wanted a permanent solution so they wouldn't have to do any more water clean up. We had our Design Specialist Nate go visit with them to see how we could help.

Nate determined that the WaterGuard Drain System, SuperSump Sump Pump, and discharge line with IceGuard attachment would be the best solution to their water problems. They agreed, and we scheduled their project to be installed.

The WaterGuard System is installed under floor level on top of the footings of the foundation to prevent clogging. The SuperSump has an effective Zoeller 1/3 hp cast-iron pump which is capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour. The IceGuard and buried discharge will allow water to pump outside, even in the case of a frozen or clogged discharge line, so no water backs up into the basement. This system works together to keep your basement dry.

They were very happy with the final result of their system, and the confidence they have that they will have a dry basement for many years to come.

These Sanborn homeowners lived in a house that was added on to at one point. The basement under the addition was waterproofed when it was put in, but the part of the basement that was under the original house was not, which was causing a lot of issues. They decided to install the WaterGuard Drain System around the original part of the basement, and install a SuperSump Sump Pump to keep this area uniformly dry.

The WaterGuard System is a drainage system that is installed in a trench dug out around the perimeter of the basement. It is then resealed with fresh concrete to create an even floor. The SuperSump we installed is a Zoeller cast iron pump that is capable of pumping 2200 gallons of water out per hour! It is an efficient, dependable system that works together to keep the area dry.
