When a homeowner in New Ulm inherited her late father’s country home, she was excited about the opportunity. But she quickly realized the basement had years of serious issues that couldn’t be ignored. Water intrusion had taken its toll, leaving behind musty odors, visible damage, and high humidity throughout the space. The foundation walls were cracked and beginning to bow, and an unusual crawlspace area with outdated oil tanks added another layer of concern. She needed a permanent solution that would not only fix the problems but also allow her to safely use and enjoy the home again.
Our team completed a full inspection and designed a comprehensive system to address every issue at once. To control water intrusion, we installed our WaterGuard interior drainage system to capture water at the perimeter and direct it safely away.
