There was no "maybe" in hiring you again. The people we dealt with were completely fabulous, there were just a few things that were an unpleasant surprise. I think if the communication during that first day had been better, and the patio hadn't been stained we would have no trouble referring other clients to you! Even with the disappointments, the overall experience has been good, and Jason is trying his best to make it right!

Jason was great!
We ended up without hot water for a few days, which was unexpected and a bit of a problem. There was also an outdoor water spigot that broke off the house. It was rusted through but also completely unexpected.
Our patio is stained with concrete. Jason said he is working on it.
