Delani has been part of the Complete Basement Systems team for six months, helping customers get connected with the right people and keeping things moving behind the scenes. Living in Mankato, she’s one of the friendly voices you’ll likely hear when you call our office.

Her days are filled with answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and helping with a variety of office tasks. She especially enjoys getting to talk with customers and being part of that first interaction with our team.

What’s the most interesting thing Delani has learned since joining CBS?

Just how much goes into keeping a basement dry and safe! Before working here, she never realized how many different ways water can get into a basement—or how important it is to find the right waterproofing solution.

What’s your favorite part about working for CBS?

The group she gets to work with! Delani loves the support and how welcoming everyone was right from the start. She also appreciates how knowledgeable everyone is and how much pride and hard work goes into each person’s job.

How do you like to spend your days off?

Planning an adventure with her kids! Or you might catch her at a hockey game.

What’s your favorite thing about living in Minnesota?

The beautiful leaves in the fall!

What’s something people may be surprised to know about you?

Delani is an avid reader. She has enough books to officially call her collection a library, and she even has a free library outside her home to share books with other readers!

Ummies! Their wings are her go-to, and she loves the atmosphere.
