Tanya K.

Tanya has been part of the Complete Basement Systems team for three and a half years, helping keep the office, marketing, and customer experience running smoothly. Living in Mankato, she wears a lot of hats and is usually juggling a little bit of everything.

Her days can include marketing, scheduling, communicating with customers, managing the office, and handling whatever unexpected task happens to pop up. It keeps her busy, but she never gets bored!

What’s the most interesting thing Tanya has learned since joining CBS?

There’s never really a “typical” day! Every home, customer, and project is different, and there’s always something new to learn or figure out. It definitely keeps things interesting!

What’s your favorite part about working for CBS?

Seeing the reviews and feedback from our customers. We get to make a real difference in people’s homes and their everyday lives, and it’s so rewarding to hear how we’ve helped make things better for them. Those stories and kind words are definitely one of her favorite parts of the job.

How do you like to spend your days off?

Napping.

What’s your favorite thing about living in Minnesota?

The people! Tanya loves the friendly, down-to-earth nature of Minnesotans and the strong sense of community you find throughout the state.

What’s something people may be surprised to know about you?

She never thought she’d know this much about basements, sump pumps, and crawlspaces!

Outside of work, Tanya loves spending time with her family and friends. They keep life fun, keep her grounded, and definitely keep her laughing!
