Cody is a valued crew leader for Complete Basement Systems. With over 8 years of experience installing our basement waterproofing and foundation repair systems, Cody takes great pride in the work he does to every final detail ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Cody resides in Eagle Lake, MN with his wife and 3 children. When not working he very much enjoys family time at home or attending activities his children are involved in.
Carol H. of Northfield, MN researched for a company online to help with encapsulating her crawl space. She contacted the RIGHT place! Complete Basement Systems has been assisting homeowners since 1975 with basement, foundation and crawl space repairs.
We scheduled Carol with a FREE estimate to inspect the crawl space at her home and design a solution that would accomplish her goals of protecting her home.
The solution designed was to completely encapsulate the crawl space with our CleanSpace Liner to separate the dirt floor earth underneath from the rest of her home. The CleanSpace System is a 20 mil poly that is kind of like a pool liner and is warrantied for up to 25 years to be free from rips and tears.
Carol now has the ability to use her crawl space for storage and also looks a lot more attractive and bright versus nasty and dark.
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe provides our customer in Montgomery with three levels of protection for their basement and will leave them with peace of mind the next heavy rain or power outage that their basement will remain dry!
The TripleSafe sump pump has a 1/3 hp motor that can discharge 2,200 gallons of water per hour, it also has a 1/2 hp motor that can pump an additional 3,900 gallons of water per hour. Lastly the UltraSump Battery Backup System also installed can pump more than 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge. Wow! Yes that's a lot of water!
Justin P. of Minneapolis found Complete Basement Systems online. He was looking to get an estimate to insulate and fix up the crawl space in him home.
Our System design specialist met with the homeowner to inspect the crawl space and basement of his home to see the best products that would accomplish his goals.
The solution involved encapsulating the crawl space with our CleanSpace Liner to seal off the dirt floor from the earth vapors that cause water transmission, odors and such. We also installed a SmartDrain to collect any water flowing below the CleanSpace and Drainage Matting installed.
Our customer in St Clair, MN was referred to Complete Basement Systems to fix the bowing and cracking walls he was experiencing.
Once an appointment was scheduled, our System Design Specialist met with the homeowners, together they did a thorough inspection. It was also found that there had been some previous moisture and water issues as well as a cracked foundation wall.
The solution to give our customer the best long term solution involved installing an interior waterproofing system using WaterGuard and CleanSpace Wall System. The customer also had plans to finish the basement and to give the homeowner peace of mind no matter the volume of rain or a power outage, the TripleSafe gave them all of that protection from a flood event.
To resolve the cracked foundation and bowed wall, the solution was to use the PowerBrace Wall System to permanently stabilize the foundation walls. It is a zinc coated steel beam installed on the interior of the home and placed against the foundation wall to prevent any further wall movement.
This Blue Earth home had some moisture issues and the homeowners noticed that the foundation walls were buckling. The homeowners had been doing research on options on how to fix the problem. We were happy when they stopped by our building to talk about the problem and we provided them with a FREE estimate.
Our System Design Specialist Ryan Brenner, quickly came to evaluate the situation. Together they concluded a perimeter draintile system, new sump pump system and foundation support was needed to permanently protect their home for the long haul.
WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the foundation to keep ground water from seeping through the floor and work with a new SuperSump Pump System to discharge water out of the basement. PowerBrace zinc coated beams were installed on the block foundation walls to prevent further wall buckling.
Unhappy with the look of his basement windows, looking bad, rotted and drafty our customer in Fairmont MN decided to replace them with our EverLast Windows. Our windows are energy efficient, all vinyl and can be installed to replace your old ones. The new windows look much better, don't let wind in, have double pane glass, and never need paint.
John & Barb B. of Sauk Rapids, MN called on Complete Basement Systems for help with water getting into their finished basement of a home they have lived at for over 13 years.
They had an existing sump pump system and draintile, but were still getting water coming in and were tired of the clean up involved after each time this would happen to them.
Complete Basement Systems did a complete perimeter waterproofing system around their home, along with a vapor barrier on the walls that would protect any future finished walls they would have. We also installed the King of sump pump systems giving them triple the protection with the TripleSafe Sump Pump System.
This system will continue to pump out water if the primary pump #1 fails, and should the secondary pump #2 stop, the TripleSafe has a battery operated backup system called the UltraSump Battery Back Up Pumping System.
This is the recommended sump pump system especially for a plan to finish your basement.
This homeowner in Hardwick, MN had noticeable cracks and buckling occur in their basement block foundation wall and needed a solution to repair and prevent their wall from completely collapsing. They quickly gave Complete Basement Systems a call to solve the problem.
Our System Design Specialist quickly came to evaluate the situation. It was concluded that besides a clear foundation concern, but also past water intrusion was evident once a complete evaluation was done at the home.
WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the home to collect any ground water seepage along with our CleanSpace Wall System to protect the walls from water intrusion that will also leave any future finished walls protected permanently. Our PowerBrace Wall Support System was installed to stabilize the foundation wall from further movement. With minor maintenance of tightening the brackets, their foundation wall could move in place, but will forever prevent the wall from any further buckling.
