Our customer met with Complete Basement Systems at a nearby Home Show and was in need of some help drying up their basement.
Vadnais Heights homeowners had a major problem: an unsafe foundation. There was an extremely evident curve in the wall of the foundation, which can lead to a plethora of problems down the road. Our Power Brace systems works with the foundation to strategically move it back into place over time in a way that is unintrusive to the rest of the home.
Complete Basement Systems installs sump pump systems along with complete waterproofing systems for homeowners. Our customer in Janesville, MN had a SumpSump Plus system installed in October 2016.
We have an annual maintenance program to inspect and maintain the sump pump systems installed to ensure we find any potential problems before they find the customer. The system is an investment and we just want to protect that investment.
Post installation, your sump pump will run as needed and sometimes it may not run, but your sump pump motor sits in that dirty, mineral filled water potentially clogging breather holes and components inside to keep it from operating effectively.

Here's a home that our crew installed a new TripleSafe Sump Pump in. This is a heavy duty pump that has three pumps to give you complete protection. If your first pump fails, the second one takes over. If your first pump cannot keep up, then it will add a more powerful second pump run at the same time- more than double capacity. If your power goes out, an Ultrasump Battery back-up pump takes over. The best part about it is that it's all automatic!
Our customer's sump pump system was not the best system to prevent water from findings its way into the basement in the event of a heavy rain. The problem with water had happened about 5-6 times in 3 years since living there. The homeowners knew it was inevitable that this would happen again and needed better equipment. Along with updating their sump pump system we also completed a full interior waterproofing solution. WaterGuard Drainage System was installed along with the SuperSump Pump System to protect our customers basement.
Our customer in Currie, MN needed help. Their basement walls were bowing with water seeping in. This homeowner was getting tired of dealing with the clean-up required every time it happened.
Complete Basement Systems installed a waterproofing system along the foundation using WaterGuard, installed a new SuperSump pump system and steel zinc coated I-beams to support the bowing wall.
