Robert S of Mankato was looking to buy a home in Mankato that has had trouble with water in the past.  He wanted to be able to make use of this space by finishing it and wanted to make sure and protect that investment with a warrantied waterproofing system.  After seeing Complete Basement Systems around town, he gave the experts a call for an inspection.  

Our representative Lewis Uhrich visited with Robert at the property, took measurements, outlined a sketch to design a complete waterproofing system along each exterior wall using WaterGuard and updated an old sump pump system to a patented SuperSump pump system. He also addressed the walls with a vapor barrier solution using CleanSpace Wall System to prevent wall leaks, mold and moisture away from the eventually finished wall.  Lewis expressed the importance of a dehumidification system in the basement to reduce odors and control the humidity using a CompleteAire dehumidification system.

Steffl Services inquired to Complete Basement Systems about a property that they manage citing a severe foundation crack and wall movement in Lake Crystal, MN.

The Mankato Home & Builders show is a great place to meet area home improvement contractors.  Our customer Bob & Diann or Eagle Lake, MN met with a representative at the home show and seen our waterproofing and foundation system.  They had lived in their home for nearly 30 years and over the years had noticed stair step cracks in the block of their foundation.

An Eagle Lake homeowner had called us for an estimate to replace her window wells and a couple windows on the back side of her house. She also wanted her discharge line buried. She was about to begin a landscaping project and wanted to have this work done in preparation.
