Crawl Space Encapsulation & Insulation

Our customer, Mr Miller, located in Andover, MN contacted Complete Basement Systems because water would come into the basement in a corner of the room during every heavy rain. He stated he had only a partial drain tile system installed, but that was done before he took ownership.
Mr Miller visited our website upon researching for a company to help him. He submitted an online request for an appointment and immedietaly was contacted by the office to schedule an appointment time.
A system design specialist met with Mr Miller at the scheduled time. At the appointment our representative conducted an inspection of the problem area and together they designed a solution to accomplish the goal to keep the basement dry. A perimeter waterproofing system using WaterGuard to collect the seeping water and upgrading the sump pump system to the SuperSump model to channel all the water coming in to discharge effectively.
Our Installation crew arrived to complete the project as scheduled and the installation was completed for Mr. Miller in one day. Our crew worked to remove the concrete floor using jackhammers, hauling buckets of the old concrete out, installed the WaterGuard product, properly placed the SuperSump pump system in the lowest spot in the basement and completed the finishing touches on by concreting the floor.
Our customer, Mr Miller now has confidence, the next time it rains hard, his basement will be bone dry.
