CactusBoard II^TM is a unique molding that forms a space between the edge to the basement floor and the wall, and across the footing. This space allows all the water from the perimeter and the walls to drain down into the stone aggregate under the floor, which is drained by a sump or footing drains. The 6' lengths of CactusBoard II^TM are set on top of the footing.

If exterior footing drains that drain to daylight are used, a sump liner can be used with CactusBoard II^TM.
