The office staff did a great job scheduling the work.
We selected CBS because they guaranteed that they would fix any plumbing issues that came up. Also, our neighbor, Scott Hueter had a positive experience with CBS.
The installation crew did a great job installing the sump system. The only issue is that on the last day, two guys with only three weeks experience laid the cement over the sump pump system. It would have been better to send an experienced foreman on that last day. The crew didn't reattach the water softener properly and it leaked from the bottom when it discharged water. Otherwise, the sump system is working well.
The crew was very professional and polite and did a superb job cleaning up.
